The Design Process

How do you get started? One phone call gets the design process going and a brief visit to your home gets it into full swing. During that visit – our job is to listen, making sure we hear the important details of your project, ensure we understand the scope of the work. And, most importantly, help you create a reasonable, comprehensive budget to fulfill your back yard vision.

When you see your free design on our state of the art Pool and Landscape Design software, you’re in for a treat. One mouse-click brings a detailed 2D Architectural plan of your project to the screen – another mouse-click and you’re swept along on a stunning 3D virtual tour of all the design features that were only talked about in our first visit. You’ll actually hear the bubbling fountains, see the flowing waterfalls, walk over the dazzling decks and sit by the raised spa as it spills into your pristine pool.

As you tour your new back yard paradise, you’ll have the itemized breakdown of your design for reference. A price is next to each described facet of the design with your budget total at the bottom. There are no extras or add-ons or whatever other companies may call them that show you one price to only lead to another and then another. You also won’t hear us make those “we don’t do that, but we know a guy who does” kinds of statements.

But please, once we’re gone and the excitement has died down a bit, review our proposal carefully. Go over our numbers. If you have a question, call us, we’re glad to help.
